CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Eva helps company executives clarify their vision of the desired organization and translate it into actionable implementation plans. With her background in psychology and organization studies, she understands drivers and obstacles to change in individuals, groups and complex systems. She has successfully partnered with several multinational clients to put new strategies in place, assisting them in navigating their employees through difficult transformative times. Additionally, as an expert in the area of research, she is able to set up evaluation tools and processes to monitor the success of change initiatives.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
With over 10 years of experience in leadership and organization development, Eva has coached and supported hundreds of leaders, especially when taking over new roles or addressing their strategic challenges. She enjoys working with executive leadership teams as a group facilitator, making their discussions and meetings more productive. She can also serve as a coach for leadership teams to help them clarify their values, goals and priorities.
HR SYSTEMS DESIGN
Eva has successfully developed and implemented HR-related systems and processes, such as performance management, leadership development, talent management and succession. Thanks to her track record in User experience design, deep understanding of HR trends and related research, as well as a direct multinational experience, Eva is recognized for her creative, cutting-edge approach. She combines a consulting „out-of-the box“ mindset with a sense of what is practical and doable.

STRATEGY &
IMPLEMENTATION
Tamara delivered numerous projects mainly in the areas of strategy and pricing, to clients ranging from multinationals, to SMEs, to start-ups. She understands the effective project delivery process - starting with a thorough understanding of client needs and the ability to ask new questions and bring in fresh perspectives, all the way to overseeing a successful implementation and evaluating its success. She has been tackling different kinds of challenges in business, such as designing and implementing a portfolio pricing strategy, or surveying an organisation's values and explaining their impact on its culture.
LEADERS DEVELOPMENT
Tamara has helped leaders develop their self-awareness, their values, as well as their entrepreneurship and teamwork skills. She has experience in business settings (own teams), academia (developing young leaders and future entrepreneurs), and non-profits (employee skills). Tamara puts emphasis on finding personal meaning and purpose through understanding and employing people's character strengths. She was able to support her direct experience developing individuals and groups of people with her academic research and interest in the latest scientific development.
ORG DEVELOPMENT
Tamara has designed and implemented processes, rituals, and trainings leading to a more effective organisation. In her experience, a seemingly simple question of how to implement one small change in an organisation usually uncovers more opportunities for a deeper, more lasting and valuable transformation. For example, she has designed an org-wide internal reporting tool and process and during its implementation discovered that the organisation needs to learn reflection rather than just reporting.
